The facelifted version of the Tata Tiago EV has been spotted testing once again, building excitement ahead of its expected launch in 2026. The camouflaged prototype, seen on Indian roads, hints that Tata Motors is working on a mid-cycle update for one of its most affordable electric cars.
Even under heavy camouflage, a few design changes are noticeable. The front end is likely to get a refreshed look with sharper headlamps, a redesigned bumper, and subtle tweaks to the grille area. These updates could give the Tiago EV a more modern and premium appearance. At the rear, minor revisions such as updated tail lamps and a cleaner bumper design are also expected.
While the overall shape of the car will remain familiar, Tata may introduce new alloy wheel designs and fresh colour options to keep things exciting. These small but important changes are aimed at keeping the Tiago EV competitive in India’s fast-growing electric vehicle market.
Inside the cabin, the updates are expected to focus on comfort and technology. The facelift could bring a larger touchscreen infotainment system, improved connectivity features, and updated interior trims.
