Porsche Panamera Turbo GT Spied: Successor to the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid?

The upcoming Porsche Panamera Turbo GT has been spotted testing at the Nürburgring, revealing an undisguised prototype that hints at serious performance intent. The test mule flaunts a bold and aggressive stance, complete with yellow brake callipers, a fixed rear wing, and a quad-exhaust setup — all pointing toward its track-focused nature.

Under the hood, the Panamera Turbo GT is expected to feature a 4.0-litre V8 hybrid powertrain paired with a 140kW/450Nm electric motor and a 26kWh battery pack. Combined output figures are anticipated to reach around 760bhp and 1,000Nm, propelling the car from 0–100km/h in just 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of 325km/h.

In true Porsche fashion, the Turbo GT should offer a balanced mix of electrified efficiency and raw performance. The plug-in hybrid (PHEV) setup is expected to deliver an electric-only range of up to 80km, with a 2.65-hour charge time via an 11kW AC charger.

The model will likely feature adaptive air suspension, allowing ground clearance to vary between 116mm (lowered) and 126mm (raised) for optimal handling on both road and track.

All signs point to the Panamera Turbo GT taking over from the Turbo S E-Hybrid as Porsche’s flagship hybrid performance sedan. A global debut in 2026 followed by a Model Year 2027 (MY27) launch seems probable.
