Kia has broadened its Syros lineup in India with the launch of a new mid-range HTK (EX) trim, designed to deliver premium features at an attractive price. The petrol variant starts at ₹9.89 lakh, while the diesel is priced at ₹10.64 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned between the HTK (O) and HTK+ trims, this new variant offers a compelling balance of affordability and upgraded features for buyers seeking value without compromising on technology or comfort.
The HTK (EX) brings several exterior enhancements, including full-LED headlamps, DRLs, taillamps, and 16-inch alloy wheels, lending the SUV a more stylish and premium look. Inside, the cabin receives a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an electric sunroof, and a rear parking camera with sensors, adding convenience and a modern feel for occupants.
Powertrain options include both turbo-petrol and diesel engines, available with manual and automatic transmissions, catering to a wide range of driving preferences. Safety remains a priority, with six airbags, ABS, and Electronic Stability Control continuing as standard across the variant.
With the introduction of the HTK (EX), Kia aims to appeal to buyers looking for a well-equipped SUV without moving to the higher-priced trims. The launch not only strengthens the Syros lineup, which now consists of seven variants, but also provides customers with more choices for premium features at an accessible price point.
