GAC Honda has officially revealed the refreshed 2026 Honda Jazz in China, and this time the hatchback arrives with a special twist. The updated model will be produced in a limited run of just 3,000 units, making it a rare offering in its segment.

Known as the Fit in some global markets, the Jazz now features a sharper and more modern design. At the front, the hatchback gets sleek split LED headlights, a redesigned grille, and a sculpted bumper that gives the car a sportier look. Honda has also slightly increased the car’s overall length to 4,169 mm, improving its road presence while keeping the practical proportions that the Jazz is known for.

Under the hood, the 2026 Jazz continues with the familiar 1.5-litre naturally aspirated i-VTEC four-cylinder petrol engine. This engine produces 122 hp and 145 Nm of torque and is paired with a CVT automatic gearbox. The setup focuses on smooth city driving and strong fuel efficiency, which has always been one of the Jazz’s biggest strengths.

Inside the cabin, Honda has introduced several meaningful upgrades. The highlight is a new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smart connectivity features. It is joined by a digital instrument cluster and an electronic parking brake, bringing the hatchback in line with modern technology expectations while keeping the interior simple and practical.

Alongside the standard model, Honda also showcased a sporty “Racer” concept version. This concept features an aggressive body kit, a carbon-fiber roof, and a lowered stance, giving a glimpse of the customization potential of the Jazz platform.

Although the Honda Jazz has been discontinued in India, this China-exclusive update shows that the popular hatchback still holds strong appeal in global markets—even if it is being offered in limited numbers.
