
Hyundai India has officially launched the new-generation Hyundai Venue in the country, with prices starting from Rs. 7.90 lakh (ex-showroom). After weeks of teasers and previews, the updated Venue brings refreshed styling, advanced features, and multiple powertrain options. The SUV is offered in eight variants and eight colour choices, catering to a wide range of customers.
Updated Exterior Design
The 2025 Hyundai Venue sports a bold new look featuring redesigned front and rear bumpers, all-new grille, and LED headlamps with DRLs. The rear gets new LED tail lamps, a connecting LED light bar, and Venue lettering across the tailgate, giving it a more premium appeal.
New 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels further enhance the SUV’s road presence. The Venue will be available in the following colour options:
- Hazel Blue
- Mystic Sapphire
- Atlas White
- Titan Grey
- Dragon Red
- Abyss Black
- Hazel Blue with Abyss Black roof
- Atlas White with Abyss Black roof

Feature-Rich Interiors
Inside, the new Venue receives a major cabin overhaul. Highlights include:
- Dual 12.3-inch curved displays for infotainment and instrumentation
- Ventilated front seats and electric sunroof
- New three-spoke steering wheel and redesigned dashboard
- 360-degree camera and blind spot monitoring
- Level 2 ADAS with advanced driver assistance features
- Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- BlueLink connected car technology with OTA updates

- Six airbags for enhanced safety
The new Venue is offered in eight variants: HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX6T, HX7, HX8, and HX10.
Engine and Transmission Options
Hyundai continues to offer three powertrain choices in the new Venue, ensuring a balance of performance and efficiency:
- 1.2-litre petrol engine – 82 bhp and 114 Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox
- 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine – 118 bhp and 172 Nm, available with 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT options
- 1.5-litre diesel engine – 114 bhp and 250 Nm, mated to 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions
A new 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox has been added to the lineup, improving driving convenience.
Rivals and Competition
The 2025 Hyundai Venue continues to compete in the highly popular subcompact SUV segment, taking on models like the Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Skoda Kylaq, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, and Mahindra XUV 3XO.
With its new design, updated features, and diverse powertrain lineup, the Venue is set to strengthen Hyundai’s presence in the Indian SUV market.
